This charming condo is furnished mid-century modern style and has a lovely balcony with canal view, yachts in the "backyard", parrots in the palm trees, stunning sunrise and sunsets.
The bedroom, looking out to the water with adjacent bathroom with bathtub. There's a second bathroom with shower. So if you're a couple, you each have your own private bathroom.
Second bedroom with office desk, sofa folds out to queen bed. Screen with apple TV, printer, separate entrance.
The condo is located on the 4th floor (elevator) in a safe neighborhood and building.
The swimming pool (not heated) with lounge chairs, sitting area and barbecue is overlooking the canal.
Literally around the corner you find supermarkets, restaurants, stores, banks.
At the end of the street is the famous Fisheries restaurant and a watertaxi stop to enjoy a ride on our beautiful Intracoastal.
On top of that, you have the FREE city shuttle that brings you to beach, Las Olas, the train station, etc... and it stops right around the corner on 17th St.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and we will provide you with coffee, tea, sugar, etc so you don't have to run to the supermarket the day you arrive.
The condo includes fresh linnen, bath -and beach towels as well as beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
There are 2 bikes available.
We have a Sonos system with 2 speakers to listen to your favorite music.
Internet in all rooms and even at the swimming pool.
A smart TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom allows you to stream your Netflix, Prime TV, and more.
If you bring your car, you have your own parking spot and Las Olas or the beach is just 10 minutes away. As well as Fort Lauderdale International airport or Port Everglades.

This is our primary home and we love it. Since we're traveling ourselves we want to share our little paradise with you and hope you treat it with love and respect as if it's your own.
Our apartment is located in a small building with just sixteen units, primarily occupied by owners. We only rent out our space once a year, ensuring it remains a special retreat.
