The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Truman Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and if you bring your ROKU or FireStick there is a TV for your guests streaming enjoyment. The 2nd guest bedroom now offers a queen size bed for your last minute overnight guests to enjoy along with a nice desk for those that are still working a little and need space. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. The screen enclosed lanai offers seating for 4 and the BBQ grill and is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. Don't forget to invite your new friends over to fire up the gas grill for a barbecue before heading off to town square for a night of dancing and fun!
This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
