The room is in the front house, where the hosts reside, however, you will have access to a private entrance and bathroom. Room is located on the right corner side of house. Note: Once you pass the tall brown wooden fence you are headed in the wrong direction. The rear house is a restricted area as there are long-term tenants who reside there.
Space features a new, comfortable Queen size bed, dining table, closet, and a comfortable accent chair next to a floor lamp for a relaxing nighttime reading.
This space has No kitchen, however, there is a microwave, mini refrigerator with freezer for your convenience.
Note: Air conditioning is turned off in late evenings as the room gets quite cold, however, ceiling fan can be used and has worked well for prior guests quite comfortably.
During the fall and winter season with cooler temperatures, the air conditioning will also be turned off at certain intervals during the day.
There's a 24" TV and you will need to have your own subscription/account in order to use the streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, Google Play, Disney, Hulu, Vudu, Youtube. There is No cable or local channel service provided. Wifi is available.
Free street parking is available. There's ample parking as we're in a residential neighborhood where your car will be nearby.
