The Howdy Hideout is the perfect home for a memorable family trip, conveniently located between Port Aransas, Rockport, and Corpus Christi. Boasting three bedrooms and two baths, the property exudes a rustic ranch ambiance, providing a serene oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Conveniently positioned within driving distance of the Gulf Coast's top destinations and state parks, the Howdy Hideout ensures easy access to a wealth of outdoor adventures and breathtaking natural beauty.
As noted prior, the entrance to the front of the home is an unpaved strip of grassy area about 20 feet in length but poses no issue for small or large vehicles.
Trash pickup is every Tuesday & Friday and trash bins must be rolled to the street curb or our handyman will run these over as well if you'd like the privacy during your stay
PET POLICY
- $30 daily pet fee per pet capped at maximum of $200 per pet to be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request - if not paid within 1 hour of booking - your stay will be cancelled
- Maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs
- All pets must be kenneled and house trained
- All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
- All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home
- All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed
- All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals
- Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy & pet fees must be paid
