This three-bedroom, two-bath home was completely rebuilt in 2019 with new flooring, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, luxurious linens, new bedding, carpet, baths, and furnishings.Inside, Beach Blast features a bright and open floor plan with high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with Gulf views and natural light. The main living area features comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.Every room in this home has an unobstructed view of the ocean as well as the sound of the waves on the beach. There is another (extremely comfy) queen futon in the living room, giving you ample sleeping space. Washer and dryer are also included in the home for your convenience.
Outside, Beach Blast has a large deck with plenty of seating, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.The sun sets directly over the ocean right in front of this unit for the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen! You can literally sit on your deck relaxing while watching the kids play in the sand and surf.
Voted #1 beach in all of America (Port St. Joe State Park) three years in a row, this beach is simply incredible. The property also has a private beach access point, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, blue/green ocean, dolphins playing daily, loggerhead turtles, and amazing fishing.
With all this being said, we have saved the best for last: You can still ride horses on the beach, and have bonfires! We have fished right in front of this home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely Old Florida, with minimal crowds, beautiful sand, and water, as well as complete relaxation.
With its unbeatable location and luxurious amenities, Beach Blast is the ultimate vacation destination in North Cape. You are going to love it!
