Experience Keaton Beach like a local in our cozy home! The cottage is located in the back corner of our privately owned RV Park. It’s quiet and a friendly little place. Keaton beach is known for its laid back atmosphere, excellent fishing, scalloping, and its amazing sunsets. Sunset Cottage at Keaton is sure to be your favorite place to stay! The unobstructed views are always incredible, you’ll have a hard time leaving the porch or sitting under the house. In the evening after you had a fun day on the water, start up the grill, cook your catch from the day and enjoy friends and family.

•We don’t have a dishwasher
•Keurig and Nespresso machine with some coffee pods provided
•washer and dryer with detergent supplied
•Please turn AC up to 76 before leaving
•Make sure doors are kept closed when AC is running
•tv is a smart tv, you are more than welcome to sign into your own accounts, just sign back out before leaving
•put trash in the dumpster that’s located in the middle of the rv park before leaving
•use paper plates for heating in microwave
•no extra overnight guest and no parties
•2 vehicles/2 boat and trailers per stay
•there is a smaller boat ramp on premises but there is a boat ramp about a mile up the road
