Spacious 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a new queen sleeper sofa. Flat screen TVs with new HDTV cable are positioned in the family area and both bedrooms! Cable TV in the second bedroom is not commonly found in the Silver Creek Lodge. The gathering area has electric logs in the fireplace which give the look of a real fire with some heating capability. A full kitchen features stainless appliances and a dining area that seats 6. The balcony overlooks Pat's Park with a view of the tubing hill. Silver Creek has installed a great HDTV cable system with over 60 channels including 6 HBO offerings. It is amazing!
Last December, a new sofa (with queen sleeper) and love seat replaced older seating furniture but I was unable to post new pictures until now. These Lazy Boy pieces provide extremely comfortable seating and sleeping as well as a modern visual appeal. The sleeper sofa is the newest design that no longer has the metal support bar that used to fall under a person's back. This design modification allows for a better sleeping experience for those guests who don't get dibs on the bedrooms. Additionally, new Gotham cookware with the copper non-stick surface is only a year old. This year, you will enjoy sleeping on 8 brand new Beauty Rest pillows!
Thankfully, Covid rates have allowed the return of normal décor items and furnishings such as DVDs and a few games. Bed comforters, pillows and other esthetic features have also been returned to the property to greatly improve the look and feel, such that it's back to being a home more than a hotel room.
Both queen bedrooms have relatively new pillow top Beauty Rest mattress sets! Hope everyone will sleep peacefully and comfortably!! A combo DVD/VHS player was added to the smaller bedroom making movie viewing capable in all 3 rooms.
Silver Creek Lodge is the exclusive location on the mountain for the tubing hill and night skiing. Enjoy wide trails with four lifts just outside the doors. There is a great ski school area at Silver Creek that offers beginners a place to learn without the pros whizzing by! Inside, the newly renovated and expanded sports bar, The Locker Room, offers the most TV screens on the mountain and every NFL game each Sunday! There is also an adult only gaming room for high rollers! In addition, Silver Creek has indoor-outdoor pools and hot tubs (residents only), the Bear's Den for fast food throughout the day, a small fitness center, and ski/snowboard rentals right in the building. Vehicle parking is right outside the building with a covered drive through area for unloading. No other property at Snowshoe Mountain offers you more amenities and options under one roof!

Our goal is to provide Snowshoe visitors that prefer Silver Creek Lodge an affordable option with a personal touch. Weekly reservations are discounted as an incentive to extend your stay at Hanna's Hideaway!! All services such as housekeeping and maintenance are provided on-site by Silver Creek personnel. Since the condo was placed on VRBO, reviews are 5-star ratings with the exception of 2, 4-star ratings. I work very hard to earn those stars! You won't be disappointed.
