Over 2100 sq feet, spacious pool area, and total privacy. The house is set on a 1.99 acre flag lot surrounded by beautiful woods giving you complete privacy.
35 min from the Orlando airport, blocks from the Indian River, and about 20 min from Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, and Cape Canaveral.
The kitchen is very thoughtfully furnished with all dishes, pots, pans, blender, KitchenAid mixer, and so, so much more.
All of the bedrooms, the living room, and even the pool all have TVs.
You are renting the property to use with just your party, we will never have anyone else staying there during your stay and there are no shared areas of the property. There is a garage conversion area (not included in the 2100+ square feet) that is used for storage you will not have access to. The rest of the house & yard are fully accessible to guests. This includes 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an office area, living rooms, pool, whole yard, etc.
You can't see any of the neighbors from the property, but the neighborhood is safe and has close restaurants for delivery or eat in as well as grocery stores less than 5 min away. It is close to other shopping as well. Only a few blocks from the Indian River and Nicol Park.
You are renting the whole property so we will not be onsite with you, but will be available if you have any questions or need anything. We are available for you before and of course during your trip to help with anything you need or need information about.
The front door is a smart lock and you will be given a code to use during your stay. There is also a security alarm that you will be able to use if you choose to do so.
The pool company does come to clean the pool once a week to keep the pool clear and beautiful for you.
There is an electric heat pump for the pool that is available for you at a cost of $60 a day or $250 a week. You’ll need to let me know at least 3 days ahead of time that you’d like it heated so it can be turned on prior to your arrival. If you pay to have the pool heated the pool heater will be set to 85° for the days you paid to have it heated. Under no circumstances should anyone touch any of the pool equipment.
