Beautiful new home built in 2021, back patio with sunshades, tv and fire pit, hot tube used as pool, fish cleaning station,charcoal grill. 15 mins from Walmart, 5-10 mins from several boat Ramps! Fresh or salt water fishing, Wakulla spring 15 mins, carrabelle beach 20 mins, St. George island 45 mins. House is on the market and subjected to have realtors requesting showing. They ask to have a no one there for the showing usually takes around 30mins to a hour. Thanks for understanding and the convenience
