The backyard is an enormous tropical oasis. Take a dip in the heated resort style pool and spa completed in 2022, with natural limestone pavers and artificial turf. Enjoy the 8 person hot tub this winter!

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room so everyone feels together no matter where they choose to relax.
There is plenty of room outdoors to do whatever your heart desires. You can sunbathe, lounge, swim, soak, grill, or play games.
Every bedroom is fitted with a new memory foam mattress and white linens. The home stays comfortable all year long with a brand new heating and AC unit installed in 2021.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home, interior and exterior. The Garage is accessible only for access to the washer, dryer, and utility sink. Otherwise, the garage is off limits to guests and monitored by a security camera.
