Positive: Location to our venue

Negative: Most of the cookware was worn, the wok had rust in it, guest bathroom had broken floor tiles and shower door was loose, dryer was broken meaning we had to go elsewhere to dry our clothes in a timely fashion, front screen door closer was bent meaning the door was very difficult to latch, stains and tracks in living room carpet. Called to inquire about the dryer- and while they offered a laundry service it was not feasible due to the time we needed to turn our laundry around.
