The home is tucked away in a safe neighborhood on a large wooded lot, with a babbling creek at the back. This is a nature lovers dream with all kinds of wildlife to observe in this beautiful setting.

Pull into the driveway which can accommodate 3 cars in addition to the garage parking for 2 vehicles. Take care on the driveway during rainy or icy conditions. It is a bit steep.

Enter the home through the front door which opens onto the living on your right and the family room straight ahead. Each of these separate living spaces has a comfortable queen size sofa bed and a large screen smart TV.

The equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3 and our dining room table can seat 6-8. Out the sliding glass doors off the family room is a spacious deck with outdoor dining options and an umbrella for shade. The yard is flat with plenty of room for kids to run and play.

The 1st bedroom has a bunk set with full bed and twin bed. All bedrooms have smart TVS and clothing storage options.

The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite full bathroom including a tub shower combination.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The hall bathroom has a tub shower combination.

The laundry room is accessed down the interior staircase in the garage.

We have 2 dedicated work spaces with desks and chairs. One desk is in a bedroom that you can close the door for online meetings.

You will have the entire place to yourself.

The neighborhood features large lots of trees. The area is quiet and safe. It is centrally located with easy access to Marietta destinations for business, dining and recreation.

We do not allow additional guests. Add all guests to your guest count and maintain the maximum occupancy.

We are in Georgia so bugs are common. We do treat for them but we do not give refunds if you see bugs.
