Includes flat-screen cable TV, free wi-fi, stereo system, one free parking space, ceiling fans, A/C and heat, all linens, iron/board, cleaning tools, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, books, family games. This cottage is not recommended for two couples, or parents who want privacy from their children, as the sleeper sofa is just feet outside the French doors to the bedroom.
