Ft. Morgan Townhomes Unit E1. Great, secluded townhome by the beach with amazing Gulf views. Easy access from Hwy 180 just across from Marina and Tacky Jack's restaurant/bar. Complex has a great outdoor pool with sundeck and short boardwalk to the beach with shower for your convenience. Covered parking for up to two vehicles directly under this unit.
Downstairs has living area with TV and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bath, and large balcony. Upstairs is two bedrooms with Jack-n-Jill bath. Each bedroom has balcony access. One bedroom has queen and the other has a double bed. If you are looking for a nice quiet retreat to relax your cares away, this is it!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
