Minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. 1.8 miles to BOAT RAMP on Beautiful Lake Guntersville. 5.5 miles from new Albertville SPORTS COMPLEX & Amphitheater. It's perfect the perfect location. Townhouse is in a safe quiet residential area less than 5 minutes to the water and less than 10 to the complex. Parking for up to 3 vehicles, room for a boat and power hook ups. Back porch with grill and seating. Free WiFi. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.Smart TVs in Living room and both bedrooms. Feel free to log into any of your streaming services on the tvs with the free wifi. All lamps throughout the house have usb plugs on their base to provide easier charging of smart devices. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the softest sheets and blankets along with large walk-in closets with plenty of hangers and vents to keep clothes smelling fresh. The couch has two recliners in it and we have an inflatable mattress that can be used in the living room, we store it in the master bedroom closet. Kitchen comes supplied with dishes, cups, cookware, pump hand soap, and dishwasher pods. Laundry room has washer and dryer and comes with washing pods and dryer sheets. Private back porch with bench, chair and grill. We supply complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee for the Keurig. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood just off of the main strip.
