- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars) plus an RV/Boat parking space.
- Guests are responsible for filling the BBQ grill’s propane tank.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to hot tubs, stairs or playsets.
