The open floor plan has a fully stocked kitchen, a long dining table to accommodate the entire party, and plenty of comfortable couches and seating to relax and enjoy the view from the living room. There is no boat launch at the property, if you bring or rent a boat you will need to launch it at Smith Lake State Park.
