Head out the door and go explore Wynwood, Midtown, and the Design District- 3 of Miami’s trendiest “must-see” neighborhoods. Walk to art, shopping, dining, and nightlife, and then return home to the gated community of Vecindad Buenavista Miami.

- There's a FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with all the appliances & utensils you'd need to prepare meals at home!

- There are 2 BEDROOMS to accommodate 4 guests. Both rooms feature plush queen-sized beds with AC units.

The apartment has KEYLESS ENTRY, FAST WiFi, and includes all towels & linens.
Also, there is a shared washing machine and dryer in the complex, located in the corridor that runs parallel to the house. It is a small room with a white door and is completely free, you do not need coins.

Getting Around:
The apartment is 7 miles from the Miami’s International Airport (MIA). It can generally take between 5-10 minutes but always check your mobile map apps as driving time varies depending on the time of day.
Once you arrive, you can walk to restaurants, bars, night life, galleries, and more. If you’ve got a rental car, you can arrive to many of Miami’s top attractions in under 15 minutes, including the beautiful beach!
No car? No worries: just use Uber or Lyft, or take advantage of Miami’s great public transportation. Luckily, the free trolley passes by the end of the street, so you can hop right on and connect with the rest of the transportation system to navigate the city easily and affordably.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Please note that these are not refilled during your stay. If you run out, you'll need to purchase more of what you need.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. A $300 USD fee will be charged if there is a noise complaint.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless you receive proper authorization first and a pet fee applies.
- We are unable to receive or keep any courier or package delivered to the address for security reasons. We accept no liability for post or packages sent to this address.
