The Industrial Loft at Old Pine Retreats is a newly built house (2023) that is located in the Lockwood area just minutes outside of Billings! This house is located 15 minutes from MetraPark Arena, 20 minutes from both hospitals and downtown Billings, as well as 25 minutes to the Zoo and Shiloh Crossing. The best part is that you will feel like you are in the middle of a remote forest.
The last 2 miles of road to the house is a dirt road. The road is steep and can get muddy in spots. We recommend vehicles with all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive capabilities. During the winter months, 4 wheel drive will be essential. Due to limited parking spots, vehicles with trailers are not allowed.
This house is one of three guest houses that make up Old Pine Retreats. Each house is approximately 100 yards apart from each other. However, guests will hardly see the neighboring houses as the trees and design of each house is such that guests will have your own private space.
The additional 3 houses on the property (1027, 1029 and 1018 Restoration Way) are the hosts' private homes. These houses are also situated to provide privacy for each of the guest houses. Hosts are available for any guest needs during their stay.
The house itself features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a unique loft style. The house is equipped with a full kitchen and a indoor gas fireplace. There is a large deck with furniture to take in the views as well as a 6 person hot tub to enjoy the beauty from the comforts of a tub.
