You're renting 3 spaces, sleeps a total of 13. Entry into each of 3 rentals is by exterior door with keypad code, there is no inside connection between the 3 rentals. Ideal for multiple families or multi-generational families. Two rentals located on ground level and one at the back on second level. On ground level have the two bedroom with bathroom and the one bedroom with bathroom, both include kitchens with dining/living rooms. On rental part of second level is the secluded master suite with large his & hers closets, master suite provides lots of privacy from the other rentals since it is located at back of house on 2nd level. The rest of upper two levels is not part of rental.
Located on U.S. 1 for easy access, with the Indian River (Intercoastal Waterway) as the backyard it features 1.2 acres of grounds lined with lush tropical coconut palm tress and other tropical landscaping. Breathless views of the water and early morning sun rises. Covered deck all around house. Three outside dining tables with four chairs each. Numerous chaise lounge chairs throughout backyard, heated pool and deck area - lie back and enjoy the view, read a book or just relax. Plenty of parking and places to explore on the property.
Fish off the dock or just sit back and watch dolphins, manatees and a steady stream of fish right at your feet. Lots of places to lounge around and enjoy pool and views of the water and boaters.
Beaches with plenty of free parking within 5 minutes, just drive across Causeway and turn onto A1A, either go north (left) and you have Pineda Beach Park or go south (right) and you’ll have beautiful beaches with free parking every mile or two starting with Hightower Beach Park. Bring your fishing gear for world class fishing off the pier at Sebastian inlet 30 minutes away. If golfs your game, there are numerous golf courses within 5 to 20 minutes.
Centrally located, about 45 minutes away from Disney World, spend the day at Disney then come home to PPE to enjoy a nice evening by the pool and open water view with boats, sea life and refreshing breezes coming off the water. Cocoa Beach 10 minutes and Cape Canaveral 20 minutes away. Get the launch schedule and watch rocket launches right from back yard.
Restaurants, starting with Grills Riverside Seafood Deck & Tiki Bar just 100 yards from PPE on US1 where you can enjoy some great dining right on the rivers edge.
