Rental boasts over 3,300 square feet of living space, plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy or enjoy group gatherings. In addition, outside it has over 10,000 square feet of covered deck space to relax in the shade on those hot steamy days. Second floor master bedroom is not included in this configuration.
