Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

The Guest Bedroom has two Full beds, Pottery Barn furnishings, a custom closet and a wall-mounted 32” HDTV/DVD. The Guest Bath has a granite encased sink and a marble surround bathtub/shower combination.
As breathtaking as this property is on the inside, the real treat is the view. The balcony is hexagonal in shape and comes with a serving bar, an outside dining table and seating for six. From this balcony you can relax and listen to the waves as you take in spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Inlet Reef’s pool area, and partial views of The East Pass. Other amenities include plantation shutters, a full size washer and dryer and complimentary high speed wireless internet access.
