This is a prime boater's location as you are provided direct access to the Florida Bay and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15’ of clearance.

As an exception to the foregoing, TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid if COASTAL re-rents the property for the same amount and for the full rental period. If the property is re-rented for fewer days or at a lower rate, COASTAL may deduct from the refund the difference between the total amount due under TENANT’s original reservation (including all taxes and fees) and the amount received from the subsequent rental.
