➢Clean up and wash the dishes.
➢Be mindful of the neighbors and keep your noise level to an appropriate level. (There is a minut noise detector in the unit. It records noise level.)
➢Properly bag up all trash, tie it and leave it at the kitchen
➢Leave used bath towels in the bathtub before checking out

➢$500 Extra Cleaning Fee if rules are not adhered to.
➢$500 Smoking Fee (Cigarettes, Weed, Hookah, etc) This will be applied if it even smells like smoke.
➢Damage Compensation (You will cover any amount of compensation for damages)
➢$50 Late Check Out Fee (Will apply without a 30 minute heads up!) These rules are made to protect the host and the next guests after your stay!
➢ $500 fee assessed if pets are found to have been on couch or beds.
