Kramer Cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom home that has been lovingly maintained. The home exudes country charm with a decorative antique cook stove still gracing the kitchen and beautifully refinished original hard-wood flooring. The kitchen at Kramer Cottage is warm and inviting and not to mention, well equipped with features such as a keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and an electric cook range. From the kitchen there is a deck overlooking Long Cove and the family's private island. The deck has two adirondack style chairs overlooking the sights of the cove and a gas grill for an alternative cooking option. Off from the kitchen is a 3/4 bathroom.
Kramer Cottage’s living area has a couple of comfortable chairs, a love seat and a bench. The home has Fidium fiber optic highspeed internet and a smart T.V. The Kramer’s have also graciously decided to share their private island with those that are going to be utilizing the ocean frontage for boating. Sawyers Island was once a part of the beloved Les Chalet Francais - a summer camp that was located in the Sunshine section of Deer Isle for nearly 40 years in the 1900’s.
