Welcome to our cozy Lake Clarke Shores Getaway home situated along the serene canal, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and comfort. Our unique property features a fun tiki hut with bar, miniature golf, and a heating & cooling (what?!?). swimming pool, creating a picturesque oasis for your vacation.
As you step into our charming home, you'll be greeted by a homey and tastefully decorated interior. The open concept living area invites you to unwind and enjoy the company of your loved ones. The windows provide breathtaking views of the canal, allowing you to bask in the tranquility of the surroundings.
The fully equipped kitchen is just what you need, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, LCS Getaway offers convenient amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, laundry facilities, and ample parking. LCS Getaway is located along the canal providing opportunity for fishing, boating, or simply enjoying a peaceful stroll along the water's edge.

Guests have access to whole house, which includes all rooms, pool, tiki hut, outdoor bar and grilling areas. The circular driveway can accommodate up to five vehicles. A private dock accompanies the property if you brought your own boat and water toys.
Security
For you and your guest's safety, an outward facing Ring camera and lighting system is installed in the front of the house. In addition, other outward facing camera sand lighting system facing the canal and the outdoor common area.
Parties & Events
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates no loud music or noise after 10 PM. Please bring noise inside after 10 PM.
While the neighbors are aware of our short-term rental, they aren’t very tolerant of excessive noise or partying.
By booking with us, you’ve agreed that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or any other reasons, you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Parking
The circular driveway provides plenty of parking for up 5 cars in front of the home. Absolutely no parking along the streets or on the lawn.
Pool & Swimming
From November to March the pool temperature is set at 85 degrees. There will be an additional fee of $50/day if you would like it to be set higher (up to 95 degrees). Anything higher than 95 degrees (max 105 degrees), it will be an additional $75 fee per day.
From April to October, the pool heater is off. If you would like the heater on during those months an additional charge of $50/day up to 95 degrees.
Please let us know prior to your arrival if you'd like the temperature to be set higher than the standard temperature as it takes 24-48 hours for the pool to heat up depending on the current temperature outside.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Lake Clarke Shores Getaway, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool, sea wall, canal related drowning or bodily harm/personal injuries. Swimming is not permitted in the canal.
Guests must sign a waiver at check in.
Bugs & Critters.
Be mindful that Florida is considered to be a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid, which is why you are visiting right?!! As such, there are a variety of insects, birds, lizards, iguanas, snakes, and frogs that can call LCS Getaway home. Occasionally you will spot an insect, frog, or chameleon in or near the residence. This is normal for Florida. Just gently remove them from the premises.
Smoking & Drugs:
No smoking (cigarette or electronic) is permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas only, but guests must use provided ash receptacles. Due to fire and other environmental hazards, cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, canal, pool or ground.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
No moving the grill due to fire hazards.
Early Check-in or Late Check-out rules:
Our check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. If early check-in or late check-out is requested by 2 hours or more than an extra fee of $50 (up to 4 hours only) will be added to your rental agreement and ONLY IF, OUR CLEANERS CAN ACCOMMODATE. We will try our best to accommodate guests, however it is not guaranteed.
