Upon entering our brick home, you’ll be greeted by a cozy living room with a seating area overlooking the back porch and lake. The elegant gourmet kitchen features a sub-zero refrigerator and high-end appliances. A butler’s kitchen off of the main kitchen offers additional appliances such as a Keurig, Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy meals at the kitchen island, large wooden dining table, or any of the outdoor areas.
The main floor features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs. One of the main floor bedrooms includes an office area with a printer. The master bedroom encompasses two king beds, a sitting area, and direct access to the back porch. The master bathroom boasts a soaking jet tub, double vanity, makeup counter, large walk-in closet, and private toilet room. Upstairs, you’ll find a game room with a pool table, full bathroom, queen bed, and two twin beds.
Step outside onto the patio to enjoy the screened-in porch with a grill, dining table, and lounge areas. The stunning deck off of the back porch offers even more seating and entertainment options, including a covered outdoor bar with a second grill, fridge, sink, seating, and restroom. Take the stairs down to the lake to discover another outdoor bar with a third grill, fridge, sink, seating, restroom, and paddle boards! Continue onto the dock to take in breathtaking views of the outdoor scenery and sunsets on the water. Relax by our outdoor fire pit or take a stroll through our botanical garden.
