Located in Lake Placid, Florida our beautifully remodeled home on Lake Grassy. Features 3 Bedrooms plus a sleeper couch, all with queen mattresses and 3 full bathrooms. Additionally, we have a queen air mattress if you require additional sleeping accommodations. This is a perfect getaway for boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing with family and friends by the fire pit. Great views of Lake Grassy from the back screened porch, deck, or dock. Boat ramps, fishing, golf, and shopping close by.

Our lake home is a 3 bedroom and 3 full baths. Our adorable house was just recently updated and remodeled. Enjoy the screened lanai, serene views of the lake, a fire pit, BBQ grill, deck, and dock. We have several amazing restaurants within a short drive distance...Jaxson's, Dock 633, and Tabby's. We have a deck for hanging out...right in the back yard! Bring your own boat or jet skis. Enjoy your morning coffee or meals in the large screened lanai with awesome views of the lake. A complete kitchen with all the essentials for cooking. The dining area opens to the kitchen, living room with cable TV, wi-fi and laundry room with full-size washer/dryer. A very tranquil and friendly location for you to enjoy your vacation or seasonal escape!
