This unique lakefront property offers privacy, tranquility, comfort and that “Old Florida” feeling among the oak and pine trees all while set in the middle of Brandon. The beautiful outdoors may be enjoyed through the screened-in porch, Adirondack chairs that you can take down to the lake, a pontoon boat (tied to the shore) to hang out on, a picnic table and more. The sunset colors over the lake are something to be experienced!
Inside you will find an immaculately kept home with an open concept kitchen/living room flooded with natural light from the vaulted ceiling skylights and large windows with stunning views of the lake. You will see wildlife of all kinds such as owls, osprey, turtles, raccoons, egrets and others. Enjoy the Italian leather couches, a beautiful dining table that seats 6 and cozy queen beds which have all been curated for your comfort. One bedroom has lake views and the other has views of the 1.5 acre property. We have a nice BBQ grill and other features to make you feel completely at home.
This property has the unique feature where you feel like you’re in the country but you are in the heart of Brandon. Within 1 mile you can find anything you need for restaurants, groceries, shopping malls ... and I-75/I-4 access is minutes away. It is only 20 minutes to downtown Tampa with all that it has to offer such as the Amalie Arena, Channel Side, Bayshore, Tampa Riverwalk and Ybor City.
