Living Accommodation - The kitchen, in the middle of the villa has a breakfast bar and small dining table seating four. The kitchen overlooks the family lounge area with a loveseat sofa, armchairs and a large flatscreen TV. There are patio doors to the pool deck from the lounge. Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining area which can comfortably seat six people. Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is at the back of the house, opposite bedroom two and contains a King-size bed and an en-suite. Bedroom 2 is behind the formal dining area in the middle of the villa and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite. Bedroom 3 is located at the front of the villa and has a Queen-size bed. To the left of bedroom two is bedroom 4 which contains twin beds. Bedroom 5 is also a twin room. Outdoor Living - The west facing deck with private pool has a covered area with outdoor dining table and seating for four people. Only neighbours to the right of the property have a view of the pool deck and there are lake views out the back of the villa. This pool deck has a fair amount of privacy and could be the perfect place for rest days from the theme parks.
