The space
This spacious 5-bedroom, 3 bathrooms comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and is fully supplied with all the basic essentials to make you feel right at home.
Upon stepping inside, you will immediately notice the bright and open layout complimented by the tall ceilings throughout. The spacious living room consists of a Smart TV with Roku and Netflix, sectional couch and loveseat.
The illuminating kitchen features two sinks, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig with coffee/tea and sugar, and all the equipment needed to prepare, cook, and eat your meals! Enjoy them in the formal dining room, kitchen table, kitchen bar, or on the outside patio tables.
Passing through the living area and out to the private, fenced in backyard, you can find yourself relaxing at the shaded and well-lit patio table, or catching some rays near the heated pool. It also makes for a perfect afternoon family BBQ with a grill, basketball hoop and ball, and plenty of seating for everyone.
A washer/dryer along with detergent, fabric softener, an iron and ironing board are available at the home for use.
Main level full bathroom is supplied with toiletries and shared by two guest bedrooms. First guest room can sleep 2 on a queen, and the second room can sleep 8 on two bunk beds that are each a twin over full, with a trundle (sleeps 4 each).
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The first guest room can sleep 2 on a queen size bed, and the second guest room can sleep 2 on a king size bed.
The upstairs master has a king size bed that can sleep 2, along with a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, jacuzzi tub and his/hers shower heads in the standing shower.
All bedrooms contain a Smart TV with Roku and Netflix. All bathrooms are supplied with a toiletry’s starter kit, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap.
One highchair and two Pack and Plays are provided free of charge. Blow up mattresses along with the linens, blankets and pillows are available for an additional $30 per night.
