Las Palmas is a gorgeous waterfront resort home, situated in the center of Miami. This tropical oasis has a heated pool with double water slides, a large Tiki with an outside fridge, bar, dining table and multi level decks featuring an Argentine BBQ Grill, overlooking the lake. Palmas also features a game room with billiard table, over looking the pool patio and lake area.
The pool has a salt water filter system, which eliminates harsh chlorine chemicals.
We are close to Miami International Airport, Cruise Port, South Beach, restaurants, Malls & Shops, & nightlife.Everglades National Park and the Florida Keys are nearby. Little Havana, Wynwood Design District, Brickell City Center, Downtown Miami, Bayside and Coral Gables are all close by.
The home is very spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - four of the bedrooms have King beds. We have a custom cherrywood kitchen with granite counters, a large multi level island and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, oven, cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle etc and stocked with all plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils etc.
The living room has a large sectional sofa, 72" TV and is open plan to the kitchen.
The dining table seats 8 and together with the kitchen island can seat a total of 12 people comfortably.
We have a keyless entry code system, so no need to worry about losing keys and allows for contactless checkin.
There are TV's in all the bedrooms and a large 75" TV in the family room. The layout is open plan, so you can be in the kitchen and be with the rest of your group. The Florida room has a full sized billiards table overlooking the pool and lake.

The bathrooms have shampoo/bodywash & conditioner, hairdryers and are equipped with plenty of extra towels.
The house can accommodate large groups and big families. We have a set price per day, we do not charge for individual guest. This averages out to a very reasonable daily rate for your stay
Our guests enjoy this waterfront home with a heated pool, waterslides, Tiki, full kitchen, cookware and utensils and plenty of amenities in a private setting, not having to share space with anyone else.
The home has parking directly in front of the property. The home has high speed WiFi and all TV's have streaming services.
We do not allow parties or loud music at the property, we welcome families and groups looking to have a great time in Miami. Bachelor & Bachelorette groups are very welcome.
Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside of the property facing the driveway for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property.
