There are two living areas, and both of them have plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and direct access to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is a good size, and it comes with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. The kitchen overlooks the main living room, making it great for socializing with others. When it’s time to eat, you can pick from three places to eat: the breakfast bar, the kitchen dining area, and the formal dining room. Fancy a dip in the pool? Just head through the glass patio doors, and you’ll step foot into the pool area. It’s screened in to keep those pesky bugs out and has a large, sparkling pool to cool off in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sun beds dotted around the pool as well as a patio table and chairs for those who just want to enjoy the Florida weather.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom is large and spacious. It has a king-sized bed, private access to the pool area, and a master bathroom, which has dual sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the third bedroom has two twin beds, which are perfect for kids. All bedrooms have their own TV.

The Tuscan ridge community is located just off Highway 27 and is made up of a mixture of 3,4,5 and 6-bedroom single family homes. The development has a clubhouse and tennis courts. However, its proximity to the ever-growing highway 27 with shops, restaurants and allowing easy access to connect to with highway 192 or Interstate 4 to get easily into the Theme parks that Orlando is world famous for. Interstate 4 actually runs from east to west so you can get to either of the coastlines and the fabulous beaches.
