Loggerhead Landing is one of the most unique seasonal rental homes on Palm Island! New to rentals, this home was built by a craftsman who spent over 2 years handcrafting many of the interior features of this home: custom doors, windows, floors even a custom wooden chandelier. Open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, this home is situated on 2 lots, located between the Gulf of Mexico and a deep water bay called Yacht Basin. From the front entrance of this home, the open floor plan and high ceilings make you feel like you are in a lodge. Bedrooms are located on either side of the living room and the open kitchen is in the back of the living space.
On either side of the living room are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom and each pair of bedrooms share a walk in shower. Bedroom one: King Bedroom two: Queen Bedroom three: Queen and twin Bedroom four: Queen and twin! Looking down over the living room is a VERY SPACIOUS loft space with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Located behind the kitchen area facing the dock is a full with enclosed sitting area. This space is not airconditioned, but an great place to hang out and read or play games! Off the front of the house facing west is a very spacious deck. Perfect for watching sunsets!
Under the home is a bar area, outdoor shower, gas grill and a new swim spa! A new high capacity ICE MACHINE will make all the ice you could want for fishing or taking to the beach!
The dock space is very unique. Deep water and a covered area to sit on the dock. Awesome views of Yacht Basin and great fishing off the dock.
This home is pet friendly and will allow up to 2 dogs.
The pricing is based on 8 guests. Each guest over 8 will incur a $50 weekly charge.

Have you vacationed on the island before? Palm Island a.k.a. Don Pedro Island, is a barrier island 7 miles long between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on the Gulf coast with sugar-sand beaches, beautiful harbors and lagoons, great fishing and shelling only accessible by a short 10 minute car ferry or private boat. Our beaches are some of the most pristine and quiet in all of coastal Florida. There are no high rises blocking your Gulf views, unpaved sandy roads, and a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere. There is one restaurant called the Rum Bay that serves lunch and dinner. The car ferry runs continually from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday. You drive your car onto the ferry and then directly to your vacation rental home. It's a very special place to vacation. We have kayak rentals and golf cart rentals for your use during your vacation. All of our properties on Palm Island require a ferry ride to get there. One round trip on the ferry for car and passengers costs $55.
