This recently build newhome is the perfect place for you and your group to unwind, relax, and enjoy all that Harbor Country has to offer! Blue Tranquilityis two miles south of downtown New Buffalo in a private, quiet neighborhood (just south of Forest Beach). This was a brand new build, with fresh paint, new appliances, new furniture, new everything!

When you walk through the front door you’ll find yourself in an entryway with a powder room that leads into an open-plan living and dining area. The TVs in the home can stream through Roku and the upstairs TV has Xfinity Flex. Moving through the main floor you’ll find a kitchen with an island and secondary dining table as well as a washer and dryer and access to the home’s lovely patio area with outdoor dining, Weber gas grill and sparkling clean hot tub!
Heading downstairs you’ll find a large living room with a TV, sofa, foosball table, and kids toys & books. Off the basement living room is a full bathroom and bedroom with a cozy new King bed.
Heading upstairs off the main floor you’ll find 4 spacious bedrooms and a large full bathroom. The main suite features a large King bed, private bathroom, and a desk (in case you need to work from vacay). The other bedrooms upstairs feature a twin over full bunk bed, and 2 more king beds. There is also a wireless printer with ink and paper available for you to use if needed.
Please note: There is a Ring camera / doorbell at the entrance of the property and at the back sliding door, which only has view of the door and grill ( we cannot see the hot tub)

You can easily fit 4 cars in the driveway and one in the garage. There is no street parking at any time.
How is this area for kids?
You will be staying on a cul de sac with limited trafiic that is a great spot for kids to ride bikes, etc. There are many children that live on the street full time so please drive slowly. There is a train that runs nearby periodically also.
