This Villa is super clean and newer with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The dining table seats 6. There is an outdoor patio with a grill and screened porch. There are luxury laminate floors through our the home. This home has a one and a half garage for your car and a golf cart. GOLF CART IS INCLUDED AS A COURTESY. Flat screen TV with Xfinity and high-speed internet. This Villa is located near executive golf courses, pools, nature trails for walking/biking, recreation centers, neighborhood pools, family pools, sports pools, and hundreds of clubs. Too many amenities to mention. The Villages is a golf cart community. Publix is nearby in Magnolia Plaza. There is daily music at Edna's on the Green and nightly music at any of the town centers and coming soon to nearby Sawgrass Grove.
