The island has a small commercial district to make your stay even more convenient: Boondocks Grille & Draft House and Miniature Golf, Looe Key Reef Resort's tiki bar and restaurant, Five Brothers Grocery Two, and a gas station/convenience store. There's a boat ramp by the front entrance to the neighborhood. The Key West city bus stops on the island on its way between the Southernmost City and Marathon.
This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform.Primary renter must be 25 or older. No smoking. No pets. During peak months, we may require a minimum of 24 hours to clean between rentals. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150).Pool heater or chiller is available upon request for an additional $100 per week.
