The Space:
When you arrive have a relaxing lounge under our large covered patio! As evening comes, take in the lush tropical backyard and fantasy lighting. The fire table creates a warm, peaceful ambiance and you can enjoy dinner outside with another fire table in the dining seating. Our neighborhood is incredibly quiet, you won't even hear traffic while outside.
Have a dip in the heated salt-water pool and when you're done rinse off in the sensual outdoor cedar shower with just enough privacy. There are 5 entryways to the patio and a cabana bathroom!
Each bedroom has high-end mattresses and bedding, as our sleeping comfort is top priority. There are two king bedrooms and one queen. There is also a pack and play.
The kitchen is nicely stocked with all of our personal items for your use. Quality knives and cookware, Crate and Barrell dinnerware and flatware, and crystal stemware.
Enjoy entertaining in the Kitchen and attached den, while other guests or children can watch a movie in the front theater room.
Each bathroom has plenty of luxurious towels, blow dryers and are both double vanities.
As is important today, we have installed almost endless amount of charging stations for your devices, USB and wall outlets are EVERYWHERE!
We have gigabit+ internet and secure gigabit mesh WiFi. If you're working remotely, you will not be disappointed!
The Neighborhood:
One of the best aspects of this property is the neighborhood. We have ZERO through-traffic! The home is essentially on and island. The neighbors are all friendly, warm and inviting. We must be respectful to this peaceful neighborhood and respect strict sound ordinances in the evening.
Getting Around:
Lighthouse Point is an exclusive city. Golf Carts are allowed everywhere on the streets. It is INCREDIBLY conveniently located near several grocery stores, ENDLESS restaurants, shopping, beaches, bars, gyms, walking/biking and of course boating. Take a drive on A1A past some of SoFlos most gorgeous luxury homes minutes from our house.
