This is a truly special Rockport retreat, offering a backyard plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen and firepit for sunset dinners, and gorgeous views of the water and wetlands.
As part of The Reserve, this bayfront home enjoys access to plentiful shared amenities. Within the community, find a lovely pool and sundeck, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to take out on the water, boat slips (available on a first-come, first-serve basis), barbecue and picnic areas, and hammocks where you can escape for afternoon naps. As for the location, you'll delight in being so close to Goose Island State Park (one mile) and downtown Rockport (11 miles).
Each day here begins and ends outdoors, where you'll have ample space to admire the panoramic bay view. Sip your morning coffee in the porch swing on the shaded upper deck, and sit down for an alfresco breakfast on the covered patio below. Cool off with an afternoon dip in the plunge pool, sear your fresh catch on the gas grill, and end the evening with stories and stargazing around the firepit on the lower terrace.
Built in 2018, the house gleams with the polish of new construction, with plentiful picture windows framing Aransas Bay. At its heart is an open living space that brings together the kitchen, living room, and dining room beneath lofty beamed ceilings. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, generous mealtime seating at the dining room table and large kitchen island, and plush sofas and a smart TV awaiting your family movie nights.
There's a primary suite on each of the two floors, as well as an upstairs guest room and a great bunk room for the kids. Bonus features of the house include smart TVs in the bedrooms, central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a home laundry room.
