Each of the five en-suite bedrooms offers a relaxing retreat, while two additional half baths add convenience. The open and inviting layout includes a chef’s kitchen on the third floor and a prep kitchen on the second, featuring high-end appliances, multiple refrigerators, wine and beverage fridges, double ovens, dishwashers, and more—ideal for preparing meals to enjoy together. The dining area seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
Outside, you'll find a private pool with a tanning ledge for soaking up the sun and a rooftop hot tub (available between Oct 1st - April 30th only) offering panoramic views. Multiple decks and balconies provide plenty of space to take in the coastal breeze. For added convenience, the home includes three full-sized washer and dryer sets and an elevator available (for medical use or pay $250 elevator fee to use.)
