About this space
Set next to the woods on three acres, this 2021 RV is really comfortable, with a memory foam queen bed, central AC & heat, a full kitchen with oven, and a regular sized bathroom with a normal size shower. It’s less than a minute walk to our private dock on the Indian River, where you can see dolphins swim by and watch as a rocket soars into space.
The space
Space to roam. Room to breathe. It’s glamping at its best. Sit around the fire and roast marshmallows, grill a steak over the coals. Grab a cold drink from the outdoor fridge. Blend up a frozen drink. Relax and enjoy a good nights sleep away from the noise of the city. Enjoy your morning coffee on the dock as a breathtaking sunrise illuminates the river.
Guest access
You can wander the whole property except for the renters’ yards. We also offer complementary washer and dryer in the blue building with the welcome sign. Hours 10am-8pm

Water is filtered and suitable for drinking and cooking.
Stove and oven are gas. Please read the directions before using.
Fireplace is electric and is remote controlled. You can do different colors, heat or no heat, and it has a timer. The stereo system has zones A and B. Inside, outside, or both. It’s very important that you bring in the awning when it’s windy or stormy, or it can break.
