CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. Florida Department of Transportation has charted a MHW (Mean High Water) of 9 feet. This is not the actual clearance at all times and will fluctuate with the tides.
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of
30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.
Please note there is no parking on the street unless in a designated parking area. Tickets will be issued by parking enforcement.
In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
