Off the family room is the primary suite which consists of a king bed, full bath, and walk-in closet. The two guest rooms are located along the hallway next to the dining area. The first guest bedroom has a bunk bed, offering both a full and twin bed. The second guest room at the end of the hall has a queen bed. Connecting the two guest rooms is a full bath as well as a laundry closet. Venturing out the sliding doors, off the family room, is the terrace with two hanging egg chairs as well as a table with stools for four. Using the spiral staircase, proceed down to the pool deck to enjoy grilling out or relaxing by the water. The dock includes a 10,000 lb boat lift and a floating dock for kayaks.
