Summary: Communication was good in the lead up with instructions on key collection and apartment number. I would just add that the key collection point was described to us as a short walk from the apartment, it was in fact a 17-18 min walk and as we had travelled by rail and tram we had all our bags with us. It would be helpful for future guests to be told to alight at Salford Quays tram stop from the key collection as it is only a short walk there and then you can hop back on to the tram to Harbor City which is right outside. It was also not clear which entrance to use for the apartment and the one we assumed (at the front) was for some offices, but luckily a helpful security guard guided us around and to the left hand side for the resident entrance. I just feel a little more detail on these points prior to arrival would help. We didn't have any towels when we arrived, but upon contacting the management company it was arranged to drop some before 9am the next morning (this was 7pm at night). This didn't happen on time unfortunately (9:30-9:45 in the end), but no fault of the host and they offered to refund us for the Primark towels we bought that evening as a "just in case". Excellent location but near tram stop so can be noisy if windows open from 6am to midnight Very clean & modern, although it was stated suitable for 4 and there are 2 bedrooms, the table and sofa is really only suitable for 2. Not a problem for us as we only slept there really but might be for others.
