Newly renovated and so close to everything! Conveniently located off of Interstate 20, this property is 1 mile from Uptown, the Convention Center, and Protective Life Stadium. UAB and Samford University are both less than 5 miles away. This rental is composed of two separate apartments. Both of the units have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and can sleep 4 guests each! We provide everything you need to have a great stay in Birmingham!
The Space:
Welcome to The Bricks, Apartment 3 & 4! Both units have a very similar layout. As you enter, you will find yourself in the living room with dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living space. Down the hall you will find both the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom features a king size bed and large SmartTV. Linens and towels provided!
Please note, some guests do not like our neighborhood, we think it is great. We recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if you think you won't like our neighborhood. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, or prior to check-in if booking is made less than 24 hours prior to check-in. No refunds due to the neighborhood if you arrive and decide to cancel.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
