The home is conveniently located 5 minutes to downtown St Pete as well as walking distance to crescent lake. Want to hit the beach? Your closest beach is 13 minutes away! Grab a bike and ride around the beautiful lake, hit the city, or enjoy the gulf side. Anything is possible with this centrally located home! Want to enjoy those cooler winter nights? Hot tub is available.

The home is very spacious and perfect for up to 5 guests.

The home is only a quick 5 minute ride to downtown St Pete where you have wonderful night life as well as delicious restaurants and lounges to hang out. We are also walking distance to sunken garden.

2. Please note, there is no dishwasher in this unit
3. Hot tub is available starting September, if you or your guests would like the hot tub prior to that, please let me know ahead of time so I can prepare it for you (additional fees apply)
