The amenities inside your condo include 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD players. Two bedrooms have King beds, One has a Queen bed and we have a Sofa, love seat and recliner in the Salon that will easily sleep an adult and a small child. a The 'Beach Bum' or north bedroom has a private balcony which overlooks the city and the bay. It is a spectacular 'city light night view'!

Before your reservation you will be able to register your car and when you arrive a camera will read your license plate and you will drive right in and park. No more parking passes. I have two designated spaces. on the third floor. My parking spaces are on the third floor of the Parkhouse closest to the air conditioned walkover Bridge leading to the building elevators. You never have to cross the street! You will keep your car out of the bright strong Florida sun and be safe and secure.
