👩🏻🍳👨🏽🍳Large, well appointed kitchen including a gas range, smeg toaster & coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, kitchen aid mixer, large pantry, all-clad cookware, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water.
🛏️ 🛏️The master bedroom is bright with plenty of space. You will sleep comfortably in a brand new, split king adjustable ghost bed. Beautiful sunrises are right out your window. 🚿Enjoy your double vanity, large walk-in shower and huge walk-in closet.
🛏️ 🛏️The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, nautical ceiling fan, window shutters, desk, chair, and lamp. A luggage rack and hangers are in the closet.
🛏️ 🛏️ Bedroom three has a queen bed, beautiful window shutters and nautical ceiling fan. A luggage rack and hangers are in the closet.
*2 twin mattresses are in the guest room closets for guests who don’t want to share the queen beds.

🚿The second bathroom has a large walk in shower, nice sized vanity, and luxury bath towel for each guest.
🧺The laundry room has a LG steam front loading washer and dryer set. Placed on pedestals for easier reach. Also a dyson stick vac, and laundry sink.
🏠Entry will be by yale code. You will be sent your 4 digit code prior to checkin. We have a doorbell camera that records at the front door and has audio.
🚲Many bike rentals are nearby. We have a 37 mile bike trail at the end of our street. It is called the Pinellas trail.
🛶Two kayaks are available to you. One is a two person, the other a single. Life jackets are included and must be on the kayak with you when you venture out. We have a convenient floating dock that allows easier launch and return. We are not responsible for any injuries or incidents.
🎣If you enjoy fishing, you will love fishing off of the dock. We have 3 fishing poles for you to use.
⛱️Beach chairs, beach wagon, toys, towels and a cooler are here for your use.
🏝️There are many barrier islands to explore. Caladesi island is about a 20-30 minute boat ride to their beautiful marina. Caladesi is part of honeymoon island and is only assessable by ferry boat. It offers and amazing beach, grill, and gift shop. It’s a must see!
Clearwater beach is about 20-25 minutes south.
🚗🚎You may drive or catch the adorable jolly trolly. The closest stop is right at the entrance of Crystal Beach.
🐟The Tarpon Springs sponge docks are a fun place to visit with many shops and restaurants.
Orlando is less than 2 hours inland. There you will find Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and many other attractions.
🎢Busch Gardens and the 🦁🐯🐻Tampa Zoo are around 30 minutes away.
