Fabulous location just minutes to Siesta beach- the #1 beach in the USA, Lido Beach, St. Armand's Circle, downtown Sarasota, and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. This home was previously a short term rental, but has been off the rental market for the past several years. Take advantage of discounted rates on this adorable and comfortable property! The Arlington Park neighborhood is a charming, highly desirable area in Sarasota. The house is located on a quiet street with plenty of privacy. One bedroom has a new queen sized bed. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk beds and there is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The sunroom looks out onto the patio and backyard. Enjoy the comforts of this home while you explore all that Sarasota has to offer. Close to public tennis courts and pool (small fee). Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Unfortunately due to past issues, I no longer allow pets. This property does not have a dishwasher, but has a large double sink to make clean up quick and easy. The kitchen is fully equipt, but Sarasota has so many amazing restaurants to suit every budget, you’ll want to try as many as you can.
