Am Folgetag nach Einzug wird von der Hausverwaltung der Stromzähler abgelesen sowie eine Kaution in Höhe von 20% des Mietpreises erhoben und entsprechend quittiert. 48 Stunden nach Auszug wird der Stromverbrauch und etwaige Schäden mit der Kaution verrechnet und zur Rückerstattung angewiesen.
